29th November, Moondance of Stonewylde, 2nd book in the Stonewylde series published.

11th November, Kit Berry talks at the Dorset Reading Conference in Bovington, Dorset. When she was teaching in Dorset, Kit used to be one of the organisers of this wonderful annual event. Authors are invited to spend the day with a huge group of teachers and librarians and speak about their work. Kit has "minded" such people as Kevin Crossley-Holland, Tim Bowler, William Nicholson and Kaye Umansky in the past. But she never dreamed she'd be returning here one day as an author herself!

August 2006

Moongazy Publishing agree distribution with the UK's largest book wholesaler. Gardners distribute to over 15,000 outlets in the UK and abroad.

19th August, The Dorset Evening Echo feature Kit Berry in double page spread in Saturday colour magazine.

June 2006

19th June, The Dorset Evening Echo publish article "A role just made for Johnny Depp". Reporter Mary Griffin predicts a "Series based in Dorset could be the next Harry Potter". Dorset Echo website
